Agreement for Participation in the JUMPWG:

By clicking the “Register Now” button below you, on behalf of yourself and on behalf of the entity to which you are an employee, consultant or contractor, and whose name you have listed in the JUMPWG registration form (the “Participant”) (a) accept and agree to the terms of this agreement as a precondition to Participant’s participation in the JUMPWG; (b) acknowledge and agree that the JUMPWG is a working group of each of CCC and FiRa, subject to all respective applicable rules and policies of each of CCC and FiRa; (c) acknowledge and agree that each contribution or submission to the JUMPWG by Participant through the representatives of Participant is and is deemed to be a separate, simultaneous contribution or submission by Participant to each of CCC and FiRa, respectively, subject to the obligations set forth in each such organization’s rules, including but not limited to the respective IPR Policies of CCC and FiRa and any materials developed jointly by Participant with other Participants as part of JUMPWG activities will be subject to the grants of rights in the respective IPR Policies of each of CCC and FiRa; (d) agree that you and Participant have received a copy of and will adhere to the terms and conditions of participation in the JUMPWG as set forth in the Letter Agreement and the JUMPWG Working Group Procedures; and (e) represent and warrant that: (i) you are entering into this agreement on behalf of Participant, which is a Member of both CCC and the FiRa; (ii) you have the right, power, and authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of Participant; and (iii) Participant is not prohibited by U.S. Export Administration Regulations, or other applicable regulations and laws governing exports from participating in the JUMPWG.

If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, neither you nor Participant will be permitted to participate in the JUMPWG activities.
